What happens after I submit my order?
You will receive an email right after you submit your order to confirm your purchase. In case you provided your email on checkout we will send you the tracking number of your order once it's shipped. Please allow us 24 hours to process your order and make sure all the products and shades are available for immediate shipping. We will send you an email in case of any unavailability of the products you've ordered.
How will I know that my order is confirmed and ready for shipping?
We will be in contact with you by email, once your order is submitted, shipped and on it's way for delivery.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For orders in the USA, it can take from 2 to 3 business days to ship your order. For international shipping, it can take up to 7 business days. For custom orders or shades, please allow us from 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. All payments should be submitted online before we ship your product. Free shipping applies on orders of $100 and more.
What's your refund policy?
